Happy New Year and Dry January from the team at Better on Draft!
Dry January started in 2012 from an initiative known as Alcohol Change UK. There are plenty of health benefits outlined in the linked article, so see why people participate there.
We leave the choice of participating in Dry January up to each team member of Better on Draft. Our website content and podcast guests will have more of a focus on non-alcoholic options this month, yet there may be a few damp features depending on who is participating.
